1. Not a Veterinary Service
Pet Harmony AI is an informational tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your platform's account settings. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software comprising the Service are owned by Harmony Ai, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
